Introducing Your New Meal Plan!

Portions have been broken up into meals and snacks, to make your life a little easier. Down the road you might modify these plans to suit your needs, but for now, just remember that timing is not as important as eating all the portions. If you need to move protein, carbohydrate, and fat portions around to make them work with your day, that’s fine. Just make sure you eat them ALL by the end of the day.
